SimTech’s software offerings are packaged to be SimTech Simulation Suite. The package includes proprietary steady state process simulator, an online simulation, performance monitoring and optimization program, as well as a unique relief study package for a detailed pressure relief analysis, calculation, PSV sizing and relief system management compliant to API standards and OSHA regulations.
With process digital twin configured by SimTech Simulation Suite as well as 3rd party applications, we create unique values for customers by our products and professional service during the whole life cycle of the industry. We provide comprehensive pressure relief studies combining conventional and dynamic as well as mitigation analysis. Studies for over 500 process units of world scale petrochemical complex have been accomplished in the past decade. It helps to mitigate the total flare load and to reduce flare system size for grassroot and expansion project and to audit relief system for existing facility. We also have proven experiences in delivering engineering service of dynamic studies and Operator Training System. We help optimize process by online and offline simulation service and save millions of Dollars for customers.
