SimTech Simulator is the first commercially available cloud-based general-purpose steady-state process simulation software independently developed by SimTech. It features a comprehensive physical property database, a powerful thermodynamic property calculation system, and more than 30 unit operation modules, used for physical property calculations, material and energy balances, process flow simulation, and equipment calculations.
SimTech Simulator can simulate the full process flow from simple pipes and valves to complex reaction and separation processes. It is widely used in oil and gas, refining, chemical, and coal chemical industries, and has been applied to simulation and production optimization for hundreds of industrial units in process R&D, engineering design, and production enterprises.

SimTech Simulator provides three types of deeply integrated professional coal gasification models, comprehensively covering process development and optimization needs. The equilibrium model, based on the principle of Gibbs free energy minimization, can quickly predict theoretical products, assisting in preliminary process route screening and macro-level decision-making. The kinetic model introduces real reaction kinetics and spatial dimensions, accurately simulating actual operating states, providing reliable basis for reactor design optimization and operating parameter adjustment. The zonal reaction network model integrates the equilibrium model and kinetic model, combined with CFD concepts, solving through multi-zone flow field coupling to efficiently reveal the two-dimensional details of temperature and component distribution within the furnace, providing deep insights for complex gasifier structural optimization and operational tuning.

Safety Design: Professional Relief Analysis and Safety Valve Sizing Tool
This module is independently developed by SimTech, specifically for safety valve relief and emergency depressurization engineering analysis in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. It supports analysis of multiple relief scenarios based on the latest edition of API Standard 521 and other international standards, calculates maximum relief volumes, and performs safety valve sizing according to API Standard 520.
The module provides comprehensive report output functionality, generating standardized documents such as safety valve data sheets, unit-level and plant-wide relief volume summary tables, supporting engineering decision-making and safety design in scenarios such as relief analysis, safety valve selection design, and flare system evaluation.
