Aerospace Furnace Coal Blending Optimization and RTO Application
Based on the gasification mechanism model, SimTech aims to achieve the lowest coal consumption rate by conducting real-time optimization of key operational variables. This technology has achieved remarkable results in the application of a certain aerospace furnace, with the maximum reduction in coal consumption rate for a single furnace reaching 1.8%, effectively achieving energy conservation and cost reduction.
Digital Twin Practice for 350 Million Tons/Year Heavy Oil Catalytic Cracking Plant
A 350 million tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking plant of a certain refining and chemical enterprise. SimTech established a digital twin online system for the enterprise's heavy oil catalytic cracking plant. The system established a digital twin online model covering the catalytic cracking process of the reverse and re-feeding system, separation system, and absorption and stabilization system. Combined with data collection, data correction, equipment performance and energy consumption calculation, offline optimization and other technologies, it realized the visualization, onlineization, centralization, and operation optimization of process equipment performance, key process parameters, and device operation status within the plant.
Real-time Simulation and Intelligent Decision-making Practice
The real-time online optimization (RTO) system was successfully deployed, tested, and implemented on an offshore oil and gas field platform. The system has been running stably, and the trends of changes in key process parameters are highly consistent with the expectations of the calculation model. In the natural gas tri-ethylene glycol dehydration regeneration process, process parameters need to be adjusted in real time according to changes in the actual working conditions. Therefore, implementing online simulation and optimization for this type of device is particularly crucial. By combining steady-state models with on-site data, the system can conduct real-time simulation and optimization operations, providing intelligent guidance for actual production, thereby significantly enhancing the economic benefits of the plant and providing strong support for production decisions. Optimizing the TEG circulation volume and stripping volume of natural gas dehydration process is approximately 2.03 million yuan/year in benefits.
